We ship only within Canada. We do not currently ship international, but we are working to expand our shipping options in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

Once your order is placed, we will process and ship it as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. During busy times (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing may take a little longer, but we will notify you of any delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Neat Material is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery. We recommend choosing a delivery option that ensures a secure delivery location, such as requiring a signature on receipt.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If you realize there’s a mistake in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist in updating it before the package is shipped.
